Review summary

It was ok but I’ll definitely never cruise out of Nola again. Ship was ok decor wise, but it was clean. Food was mediocre with the exception of the steak from the steakhouse which was phenomenal. Cozumel was beautiful and I truly enjoyed our time there.

Being left stuck out in the heat with hundreds of others and in a chaotic environment is less than stellar. First and last time cruising out of Nola. Port staff is completely rude and unorganized.

Not sure why carnival even goes here. It’s a commercial port and it’s dangerous. We didn’t disembark and neither did over half the ship.

Why were you stuck outside waiting? Did you arrive before your boarding time? Did you arrive before 10 am? The terminal doesn’t open till 10 am. It doesn’t matter what status cruisers you have. Before 10 you will have to wait outside. It only takes minutes once they open to get on the ship.

NOLA is the best port to sail out of. Have sailed from there 15 times and port staff is always wonderful. You sound like a very unhappy person. Try being positive for a change!!!
