Our steward was fantastic! The room was clean and well attended. While the room was visually appealing the comfort was minimal as the air conditioning system did not produce cool enough air to keep the room comfortable. It was difficult to sleep at night due to the lack of cooling. My husband actually perspired just watching television in the room. The lack of cool air was a great disappointment.

The organization and preparedness for disembarkation was phenomenal! We were off the ship and in our car in 25 minutes from the time our floor was called!!
