Overall, my cruise experience was wonderful and I can’t wait to go back! There are so many things to do while on the ship. Every single worker that we came in contact with was always smiling and eager to assist. I will say that TJ, the cruise director, absolutely made the cruise worthwhile! I would love to be able to cruise with him again! TJ was at every event or show that was going on to kick them off. He was exciting and gave off a great mood every time he came around! I can’t wait to cruise with carnival again!

We attended many of the stage shows each night and every single one was phenomenal! I was completely blown away each night!

Our waiter in the dining room was top-notch! He was friendly and outgoing, and he was always making sure that we were having a great time!
Our room stewards were the absolute best! We never had to ask for anything because they were sure to already have it there. If there was something that was needed, they were never far off and would gladly retrieve anything we asked for! Our room was cleaned daily and beds were made to perfection!
Ship Quality

All areas of the ships were always clean. Everywhere we went, there was always someone going through cleaning and picking up after the guests.
Cabin / Stateroom

I gave our room 3 stars because it was a little small for the number of guests. We had four women for our trip and while there was four beds in the room, it was a little cramped. Overall, it worked out because we were only in the room to get dressed and sleep. We know next time to book additional rooms! However, our room was very cleanly and our room steward was happy to pull out the Pullman’s before us even asking him!
I absolutely love Cozumel and will go back anytime I get the chance! There is so much to do there and the people there are so welcoming and friendly. We did the catamaran sail and snorkel excursion. It was wonderful! We enjoyed every single minute of it!
Carnival has a great system in place for disembarkation; however, many guests do not follow the system therefore creating longer lines and a harder time to get through the process. I understand that there is nothing carnival can do about this because they do have a system in place. If everyone would leave at the designated times then it would not be an issue.
