Review summary

I set up a slot pull on the first sea day, Ivan was wonderful in helping me to get set up, and even providing some prizes for our group. I had messaged John Heald prior to the cruise, and was told we would have something, but did not follow through. We did not have a great turnout but Ivan still treated us like we were VIP's.

Main dining room was great, buffet was lack luster to be nice. Lines were crazy everywhere else, so didn't try much.

Room steward was very sweet, main dining wait staff was fantastic! Most bartenders were great (couple not so much) and Ivan the Casino host was fabulous!

Some lines made it hard to get around, seemed rather congested.

Was pleasantly surprised by the overall quietness, could not hear our neighbors with small kids at all, only complaint would be the noise from below.

Ship tip

Don't skip the main dining room, and ask for upgraded liquor if you like to taste your drink 😉

Had a great time, did take a private jeep tour. Had a wreck 10 min in...lol made me very glad we weren't driving 🤣 Still had a wonderful time, just wish it would have been a bit longer.

This area needs some serious work! It seems very unorganized. People crammed into stairwells with all their luggage, while others are standing in the hallways, so no one can get by. The whole stairwell issue was quite dangerous though. Everyone pushing to get down was a bit scary.
