Really regret the experience we had with service rep on the last day. She did her best to try and ruin my entire cruise when she should have just refunded my internet. We spent almost $1000 on gambling, food, drinks, etc. We obviously weren't just fishing for a little extra cash, we just didnt want to pay for something we couldn't use. Never got the refund.

As good as it could have been with how complicated it has to be.

Food and Dining

My wife and daughter are vegan. Crew accommodated to the best of their ability but there wasnt much for them to eat. Buffet food was basic, but the restaurant meals were excellent.

My 16 month old daughter was not allowed to swin in the pool. We had her in a swim diaper that was very protective and a bathing suit and they said no diapers allowed at all in the pool. They were prepared to let her swim without the diaper on which was absurd considering she's not potty trained and that would have caused the very problem this absurd rule was trying to avoid. Ruined a good portion of the trip for us as we planned to spend most of the time at the pool with her and never saw anything in advance of the cruise that would lead us to believe that she wouldnt be allowed to swim. Ended up paying a fortune for excursions just so she could get some time in the water.

Karaoke was a blast

Nothing at all to accommodate any kids under 3 or 4 years of age. Couldn't even take her to the designated kid area, she wasn't old enough.

Everybody was excellent except for the lady I spoke to at the service desk on our last day. She ruined the service experience single handedly. We paid almost $90 for internet that NEVER WORKED. I was told the day before we disembarked that if that happened we could get a refund. I went to try and the lady berated me, asking why I didn't try to get a refund sooner like everybody else (which made it clear that the internet worked for NOBODY) and accused me of using it the whole time and then trying to cheat them for a refund at the end. I didn't come sooner because I was trying to entertain a 16 month old on a ship that had ZERO accommodations for us to do so, and I didn't know that a refund was a possibility until another crew member told me it was. I will never use this cruise line again due to how this one woman treated me, and I will do everything I can to make sure none of my family do either.

Tiny. Tiny tiny tiny. Everything else was ok. Cleanliness was excellent.
Ship tip
Don't ever purchase any internet package. It's garbage and if you're too busy to immediately go and get a refund they'll treat you like a crook when you finally do.
Not sure this is the cruise's fault, but after we disembarked my daughter and I were stuck out in the cold so long that she and I both caught a cold. Traffic is so high around that area that it took my wife an hour and a half to get the car, which was just a few miles away, and get back.
We did the social media package it is was awesome no problems it was 5 dollars a day did the job for us. I am so sorry you had problems. Their website explains all the rules for children at certain ages so you are aware before you go. Also calling the cruise line helps too if you have questions before you go. When we did our first cruise we did this a lot.
Sucks! All this is on their website. Like someone else said, research can change everything. They have a great section just about traveling with kids. And my toddler has been going to the kids club since she was 2. Hop a cab next time and just hit a local beach club. Much cheaper than an excursion.
That's like eating a sandwich. Then taking a crumb back and asking for a refund after you ate it. Does seem odd you waited till the last day to ask for refund. Kid or no kid.
