We lost electrical power for a few hours so anyone with a disability that prevented them from using several flights of stairs were stuck. No accommodations were made to ensure those people had food or bathroom access. I was disappointed in this.

As a non-smoker, having to walk through the smoky casino to take pictures did not impress me.

It was consistently cleaned and fabulous. Roomy enough for 4 to stay comfortably but was much better with just the two of us.
A very long walk off the pier but there are several shopping places once you get there. We went to the Corona Beach excursion and that was a lot of fun but I would not recommend this with children.
More than half the elevators were off, no handicap only elevator so many people that were disabled were stuck where they were because people where craming in trying to get down. Had to be out of the rooms by 8:30 and there wasn't enough room for everyone to be out. People were crowding the stairs even if it wasn't close to their turn to leave. There needs to be a better system.
