We enjoyed the cruise. The only disappoint was the excursion in Progresso. We have visited Progresso before and not a huge fan. This was the 1st time for an excursion and we were disappointed. Cozumel is always fun and we always have a great experience in this port.
TJ our cruise director was absolutely fantastic. We actually were able to meet him and he was kind enough to send us a note and gift to our cabin. We meet some nice people on the ship as well.

We were at the deck party and it was awesome. The music and fun that TJ and his assistants did made the experience very enjoyable. Great enterainment team.

Gusti our room steward was great - loved the service and he was very helpful when we needed information regarding cruise. Our waiters Nilson and Ryan were great. They were very attentive to our needs in the dining room. There was Myet and Horetham were great in the buffett area. Thank you to all of them for their great service.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was exceptionally clean. The balcony was okay, could have had a little more depth to it but was nice. The only issue we had with the bed is the it wasn't even -one side seem to sink in and so it was a little uncomfortable for my husband
The port shops were okay. We did the Merida City Highlights and Shopping which we didn't experience what we thought the excursion was. The bus driver was okay. The tour guide was okay. We were under the impression that we would see a ruin (pass by ). The shopping area was not all that great. I would not recommend this excursion.
