Review summary
Had a wonderful time on the cruise except for the snapfu with my Cozumel excursion. Next time I will just book my excursions with Carnival and possibly my cruise since I Carnival has pretty descent prices if booked far enough in advance.Embarkation

Gratuities are forced on you at the end whether you like it or not and I get that. What I didn't know is if you liked a certain service (ie.. housekeeping) you can give your gratuities to that certain person or service in general. All you have to do is go to guest services the day before you depart and let them know by name who you want to give your gratuities to.
