Review summary

We had 40+ people. we all agreed if we did it again it would probably be with another cruise line. paying that much money for a room with no air is ridiculous. Do not book through they messed everything up they got there hands on especially our dining.

Our room stewards were great. Our cabin didn't have air the entire trip. finaly received a fan. The customer service people were so rude never have i encountered such rude people(one for sure was the lady from Russia). The wait staff in the dining room were awesome. we would like to give a special thank you to Karyotama and Wai Hnin for making that part of the trip amazing.The liquor store employees were awful.

nothing to do. The excursion the boat offered was not what they advertised(offered wifi-no wifi, unlimited drinks-was told not unlimited drinks, told it was for 3 hrs-we had less than 2 everyone on bus was mad).

Oh man. I'm bout to jump pool on the valor in a few weeks for the second time. First time I had a blast. This time I'll have a blast for both of us.
