Review summary

From the first moment we arrived on ship we could feel the stresses of reality slipping away. The crew, as well as the other passengers, were friendly and engaging. Cannot wait to do it again.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The efficiency of the dining room and buffets were great... the food, not so much.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
We really enjoyed the comedy shows, and the trivia

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The stage shows were not to my liking.

Children's Programs

We did not have children with us.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
We enjoyed Edgar and Eli in the Lincoln dining room. They were fun and professional. Frankie, the cruise director, was great. His level of energy was amazing!

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Every part of the ship appeared clean and well taken care of.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our cabin was clean and spacious enough for the two of us, The bed was very comfortable. The lighting was perfect... dim when we wanted just a little light, and bright when we needed more. The only problem we had was the refrigerator. It started out cold, then went warm. Our steward checked it out and was only able to get it a little colder.

Ship tip

Prepare to enjoy yourself.

Ports of call

Galveston, Texas Did not visit port

Cozumel, Mexico

Loved the port. There was enough to do if you didn't have an excursion. We did the Salsa & Salsa excursion. Loved our tour guide Fernando! Very friendly. We totally loved our chiefs, Stephanie and Karla, and our server Irwin. They made the whole experience very fun and enjoyable. We totally advise everyone to do this excursion.

Progreso (Merida), Mexico

This port, too, had many shops to keep you busy. We did the Chichen Itza Mayan Ruins and Cenotes of Cuzama. So amazing! Carlos was a great tour guide and his driver, Speedy Gonzales was great as well.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Almost as fast and efficient and embarkation. It went quickly enough.
