it would be nice if there were more gluten free options for those of us who need to eat gluten free due to medical conditions.

Rwatts215, they did prepare gluten free food on request. They had some on board activities, like a chocolate extravaganza, where the only gluten free option was chocolate mousse.

@debschevers I am GF (allergy), sailing in a month. What shortcomings did you notice the most in regards to gf food? I don't eat a lot of carbs in general, but I was wondering if I need to bring some prepackaged foods along.
