Review summary

I have heard mixed reviews on Cruises so I thought I would take my daughter and four grandchildren. They had a great time in the classes they went too. They also had fun on the slide.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Very organized and on time.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
I have had better food at a hospital. If you don't get the drink package you will have to pay 15% tip on every drink order, since they are getting their tip regardless how they treat you, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE especially at the Casino bar. The Kids drink packages you have to send your child to an Adult bar to get a soda of any kind. The bar manager did give me my money back on the endless soda for my 4 grandchildren.

Onboard Activities

On the Valor the main pool was so gross, it smelled like a sewer.

Service and Staff

it was hit or miss on the staff, some were very nice and others could care less to help you.

Ship Quality

Food area was always clean. The window in my cabin was so dirty you could not see out of it cabin 1420

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was clean, window was dirty. The room was very hot even with a fan. I also had Cabin 1456 and it was the same Hot and window dirty.

Ship tip

This was my first trip on a Cruise boat, and I must say I will never do it again.
