Review summary

A pleasant trip with a few issues with staff. The biggest complaint was coming home with gifts brought from Cozumel that was wrapped in newspapers covered with photos of non censored dead bodies. Check your newspapers before giving to people especially children.

alcoholic drinks are really weak but food was pretty good. Except the pizza.. really bland and gross and the only thing available 24 hours a day.

Pools get really full but i liked how there was designated adult only areas.

not great service. some bartenders rude talking in front of you instead of helping you. Several times we would be only ones at the bar and the bartender girls would be talking and would look straight at us and continue talking for a good 10 minutes before asking us what we would like. Other staff was very nice and helpful.

Clean and enough room. Had issues with the TV remote working also when buying a movie it kept giving us the wrong movie and still charging us.

beautiful waters and awesome snorkeling, but when we bought gifts from the main shopping center, the newspapers they used to wrap breakable items was filled with articles showing photos dead and cut up bodies. Not great and very disturbing for when you give the gifts to loved ones or kids.
