Review summary

There are so many great parts of our experience but my first "awe moment" was when we got to our deck and turned the corner where our room was and we were greeted so sweetly by our steward. I Made(his name was pronounced like E MAUDE E). He said,with a big smile..."Hello Ms.Amber and Hello Little ms Ireland. Welcome aboard! I will be your room steward and if you need ANYTHING just call my extension and I will gladly do what you ask.". He was the best! Every crew member was very helpful if you got lost and needed help. I thought the ship was beautiful and everyone of the crew members made our stay feel like home. Very very comfortable and we felt safe. We can't wait to see the valor again! 😃

I Made was the best!!! So helpful! We would look forward to rounding the corner to our hallway and just hope the I Made was there! Just to see what funny things we could talk about! We made a instead friend!

your review sums up one of the big reasons so many people are hooked on cruising...that excitement of just being on your deck, then approaching your room and meeting your steward who you end up wanting to take home. great description...makes me want to sail tomorrow. great review
