Review summary

We had a great trip! It was our first cruise, so we chose a four day. We now know that we will definitely go on a longer cruise next time!

We feel like the first day, which was the day we boarded the ship was pretty crazy. The shuttles did not have "stops" in the parking lot. They just stopped where they saw a group. This was confusing and frustrating to some because people would stand in a line and then the end of the line would get picked up first. Official signs on where to line up would be helpful in the parking lot.

Our waiters were amazing! We cannot say enough about Jose, John and Putra! They were friendly, informative, helpful, happy and fun! We were at table 542. Juan has a heart of gold! When we book our next cruise, we hope to see them again! They are the best! Also, our housekeeper, Juan, was fabulous! He recognized our anniversary and made us feel special. He was quick and efficient. He made great towel creations!!

Get there early on embarkation day... buY lots of gifts in Cozumel! They have a huge variety and are a lot cheaper than the cruise ship Fun shops.

That's we use a parking lot that doesn't require a shuttle.

It's addicting isn't it? Long cruises are great. Keep in mind ports are like airports. The airlines and cruise lines don't own them and typically don't run the land side operations including parking. Enjoy your next cruise! 🚢
