At spa tour at beginning of cruise I was Being encouraged to buy 3 services & get 10-20&30
% off of prices & after arranging & purchasing such I was made known not only would I only be getting the embarkation special on prices not the 10/20/30 deal but the Doctor service doesn't have any specials & that was never told to me either it was an incredible amount that I assumed would be put as a credit & when I asked they said they weren't part of ship & the guest services would not help either 😞I loved every other part of ship but I will warn everyone I meet on board to not be tricked into believing you will get the 10-20-30% off of services & tell them to b careful to ask what is & what is not included in embarkation sale🤑
