Review summary
Our family booked the NYE cruise and it was fabulous. I am a Platinum cruiser so I have cruised many, many times. This ship was the cleanest cruise ship I have ever been on. It was my husband, myself and our two kids (10 and 15) for this trip. We booked two interior rooms and we were on the 8th deck. The kids enjoyed being able to run around the boat, play games, be a part of Bingo, Trivia games and enjoyed night time movies on the pool deck. We enjoyed being able to spend time with our kids, the great meals, entertainment, etc. Our waiter in the main dining room was Neal and he was FABULOUS! Every night he had our drinks waiting for us on the table and was always smiling and willing to show our youngest a trick or two. We ate at the Valor Steakhouse on the last night of the boat and it was TO. DIE. FOR! Don't miss this opportunity if you get the chance to eat there on your trip. The few minor downsides I had while on the cruise was that some of the bars were not staffed adequately. I felt that we had to wait an unusually long time for a drink quite a few times on this ship - which if you are a frequent cruiser is surprising since alcohol is a huge revenue for them. We went to Cozumel and Progresso, Mexico. In Cozumel we swam with the Dolphins in Dolphinaris and that was awesome! In Progresso we did the Dune Buggy ride and that was so much fun - not to mention the weather was beautiful so it was so worth it!!! All in all I would give this boat and this trip 2 thumbs up!
