Review summary

I was so excited about my cruise. First, boarding was long and tiresome due to some IT issues on the cruise before ours. Second, after getting to the stateroom to discover that my luggage was present, which was great, I proceeded to shower and discovered that my brand new bottle of shower gel was gone! Evidently, while my bag of personals were going through security, someone didn't zip it back properly. Thirdly, I'm asleep the first night and the temp in the stateroom elevated without warning, causing it to be extremely warm. This actually happened each night on the cruise. Lastly, I was on the toilet and having a bowel movement, I might add, embarrassing enough to say, and the commode began to overflow without warning and without reason. With me being appalled, I had to remove my feces before maintenance arrived so that my dignity would be in tact! How embarrassing was this! Water was everywhere. Needless to say, the problem was fixed and the plumber came within an hour. Other than that, the trip cruise well, I had a cruise😏 Thank you for asking. By the way, the booking agent, Olive, was fantastic 😀
