Review summary
Although portions of the cruise where fine, there was nothing that was above average - and several things that were below average. 1) We upgraded our stateroom to a suite. It was nice - but no privileges (Captains Reception, etc.), like we've received on other cruises. 2) We received a table for the assigned seating dining that was in the middle of an aisle way! We requested it be changed - both through our waiter and the Maitre'D. Nothing! We stopped going to the seated dining because we didn't want to spend the entire time eating trying to dodge the large trays of food being carried on BOTH sides of us. 3) We found that the schedule of events was very conflicted. The only port talk was the same time as our scheduled dining (first night). We chose to eat instead of listening to the port talk. Wrong choice. 4) the line at the service desk was at least four people long every time we went by. 5) the only movie night I attended was the last evening. I was looking forward to the popcorn that I heard others mentioning all week. Surprise! No popcorn the last night!?! Its like the cruise had already ended....?
