This was our first cruise and we took the whole family. We experienced a couple of days of rough seas but the crew was very reassuring. The overall experience was a lot of fun. There were a lot of activities to choose from. The food was great and I can't think of anything negative that happened to us. We have already booked 2 more cruises with Carnival!

Our wait staff was incredible! From the first night they learned our likes and dislikes. They took excellent care of us. Our room steward kept our room clean and made sure we had everything we needed.

I was worried about 5 people being in the room but there was plenty of space. Our room steward kept the place nice and tidy.
We did a snorkeling excursion that was a lot of fun! But we also spent some time wandering around and shopping. The people were friendly and the area was clean and neat.
We didn't plan an excursion in Progreso and I got a little worried when the bus took us into town to drop us off. But the people were super friendly and got us on a bus tour that was a lot of fun and very informational. The port itself was very nice and we ended up eating a very delicious lunch there.
