Very clean and well taken care off! Rooms were keep clean daily sometimes twice a day! There was always staff walking around cleaning up! Every now and then there was a poopish smell on decks 3 and 5...not always...and not over bearing...just noticeable. Could have been a dirty diaper for all i know...Dining rooms were always clean!

Very comfy and clean.. beds are a little firm for my taste but still nice!

If you plan on drinking alcoholic beverages each day...invest in the cheers package! those drinks add up quick!! lol

Loved! We did Chankanabb and it was simply wonderful! So clean so friendly so beautiful so many things to do! Get a kiss from the lovely sea lion! Do the zip lining...great views! Go snorkeling and see the sunken city...statues...reef...and sea life! Make sure you are first in line for the buffet...its delicious!!!
