Overall decent cruise. I would cruise again with a little warmer weather and different ship to try different foods and layout.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
We had a suite, which allowed us priority embarkation. Everything we smoothly and we were on the boat quickly with no issues.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
The food onboard was mediocre. The chicken breast was horrible, I believe it may have been bad chicken. We spent the extra 42$ for the pop pass the first day. That was a complete waste of money. Receiving a pop takes, at minimum, 5-10 minutes from the bar ( only place to receive pops) then you don't even get the entire can and must wait until 5 minutes to get another drink. However, the dinning room staff was very courteous and made the food/drink experience much better. We had Oliver each night.
London Dining Room

Food, again, mediocre but Oliver and Ivanya were great.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
In February, it was too chilly most days at sea to swim in the pool. Hot tubs were not that warm and swarmed with children without parents splashing everywhere. An adult only section would have been nice. Mini golf was decent but very crowded. Bingo was fun and not too expensive.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The shows on the ship were fantastic. We highly recommend the magic show.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The Service and Staff is what made this trip so good. Our room steward, Piyada was great. We had a sweet on the 7th floor and she was more than willing to help with all our needs. The Dinning staff, Oliver, Sue, and Ivanya were great. Again, the staff is what made this cruise.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
The ships design is not laid out very user friendly. Getting to the dinning rooms and brunch took longer than expected due to the confusion of how to get to certain parts of the ship. The boat was very clean and staff are cleaning the entire time, morning and night. Better directions would definitely help on this ship. The buffet line is very crowded and the dinning/buffet lines were laid out poorly.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
Although very dated, this room was great. The balcony was fantastic and had better views than anywhere else on this ship. The bathroom is large with a tub, which we used each day. There is a lot of extra room, couch, and table that we also used often.
Ship tip
Spend the money to get a balcony. Travel with a little warmer weather if you want to enjoy the pool on sea days. Ports were warm. Get to meals early to avoid long lines.
New Orleans is what you make of it. It is, perhaps, one of the dirtiest cities in the U.S. but also one of those bucklist cities. Visit Bourbon St, if only to say you did it. Eat fresh seafood. Learn of New Orleans History.
Progresso is up and coming still. Don't spend a bunch of money on the activities here. We got twenty dollar, hour long, massages on the beach. That was a definite highlight of the trip and worth every penny. Then we rented mopeds for 35$ for the day and drove the entire city. Everything can be done safely and it was much cheaper to rent these for the day instead of a taxi.
Cozumel may be one of Mexico's top cities. I believe it was cleaner and better off than even Cancun. We rented mopeds for 45$ for the day ( definitely the cheapest way of transportation) and drove the entire island. The island is one road and one big circle, you cant get lost. We drove in through the city, off the main road and saw their culture and way of life. Very safe to do so. Stopped at a beach and continues back to the boat.
