Review summary

Was not impressed with Progesso....long haul to town and beaches. Shopping area very spread out and not special in any way. Not enough port time in cozemel

evetyday we had to call to get service on the hot water in the shower... could never get the hot water to work without the plumber coming first...made us late for everything ! Although everyone was nice about the situation it was aggravating having to deal with it

Very comfortable room...balcony small but enjoyable. Ship is old....paint chipping in shower floor stuck to our feet.

Rough seas so our catamaran excursion was canceled but we were not notified until we showed up at noon and too late to get another excursion ... very disappointed that we were not notified ahead of time

Went to an all inclusive drink, eat beach party from Progesso. Not through the boat. Only $35 each.. Beaches ok...good food and drink.
