The food and dining were very good. There was always a good selection to choose from on the menu(Even for our picky eater of a son). Our waiter Webert(Dennis is what he had us call him) was amazing, funny, and great with kids.
Onboard Activities

I was thinking there would be more or larger pools and one of them was closed for most of the cruise. The fitness center was well maintained and the equipment was in great shape
Entertainment

The entertainment and the activities presented on the cruise was phenomenal. Leigh, the cruise director, was fantastic and we could only hope that he would be on our next cruise as well. We were always finding an activity that interested us and our 16 year old always had something he wanted to do.

Our 16 year old told us that the teen room was closed every time he went or there were activities for younger children going on in there.

Everyone was friendly and nice. Our room steward even called me by name while passing me in the hallway.
Ship Quality

There were some issues with the sewage a few cabins down the hall from us and there were 55 gallon trash cans filled with sewer water in the hallway. The boat is definitely an older boat with a lot of wear on it. I was thinking there would be more or larger pools and one of them was closed for most of the cruise
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was a little dirty. The cabinet in the bathroom was dirty(We didn't use it). On the last day, our neighbor was taking a shower and their dirty shower water was bubbling up out of our shower drain, filling the bottom of our shower. I was worried that it was going to keep going. The overall size of the cabin was good for 3 people. It was made up well every evening when they made our bed and put those adorable towel animals on it.

We felt a little uneasy in town at times. Didn't feel like we were in a very safe part of town until we got to the beach and even then only slightly safer
On the boat went pretty smooth, but once we were off the the boat we were met by rude and pushy staff. We were confused and lost on where our luggage was and the pickup area was a nightmare.
Try the Magic. We were on the Magic in May and loved it. Our 4th cruise. First time in the Carnival Liberty, second on Royal Caribbean Freedom of the Seas, third on Norwegian Star (least favorite ship).
