Review summary
The food at the dinning room (London) was excellent. The waiter Aldin did an amazing job all 5 days with our table. We did have to ask daily for his section but that was OK, they were able to accommodate us.
I was not satisfied at all that I paid for 3 passengers in a balcony room and was given a room for 2. When I inquired on the third bed, I was told that there was a couch for the 3rd person. The couch was a small couch (sitting for two) and it did not turn into a bed, no way a person could sleep in the couch for 5 days with their feet hanging and half the body out. I was then offered a roll away bed, which we did use but since it was a normal size roll away it did not fit right in the room and we had to put it up every time we had to use the restroom or exit the room (you can imagine how the nights wear). This was very inconvenience. I would have appreciated to have been told of this at booking for us to make a decision to get a second room or a different cruise. I feel that we paid for 3 people and we should have received 3 normal people beds.

Your cabin steward should have closed the roll-away bed every morning and moved it out of the way then placed it back and made it up when he serviced the cabin at night. There is no such thing as 3 normal beds in a balcony cabin on any cruise line. The best you can do is upgrade to a mini-suite (also a couch but opens to a bed on most lines) or booked a suite.
