Great, Great, Great service!  Everyone from the Steward (whose name we did not get) all the way to our dinning room waiters (Ikomang & Nyoman) demonstrated the epitome of customer service.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Food was excellent! and the wait staff were outstanding especially (Ikomang & Nyoman)

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
just a couple of more shows would have been nice.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Would have like to see some more non- gambling activities offered.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Shout out to (Ikomang & Nyoman) the best waiters ever! also to the steward for room 1416 on 3/3-3/7

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
I did not get to choose my cabin, and so I was given one on the first floor near the ship's engine. I ask another couple that had a beautiful view and balcony for their price and they had only paid 30 dollars more than us and so that really upset me more. Besides that I would have to say that the cleanliness of the room made me content.

Ship tip

Find someone that can show you the ropes. We had a frequent Cruiser that help us learn all that we needed to know about the ship the first night and that made our trip a lot more enjoyable.

Ports of call

Galveston, Texas

Cozumel, Mexico

I would take another cruise, just not get off in Cozumel. Nothing really nice about that place.

Nyoman and Ikomang were our waiters too. They were great. Nyoman was a gentlemen. By happenstance, he also waited on us a couple of mornings at breakfast. He took great care of us. It was little things like the way he remembered my wife liked marmalade with her toast.

At the risk of sounding like a snob. I wrote the stewards name phonetically on my hand. I couldn't remember it for ask the tea in Malaysia. I've never felt dumber. But I finally got it. Then on our second cruise who was or steward? Yep. Great staff all over the boat. My hats off to those kids.
