Review summary

The Carnival TRIUMPH was absolutely excellent! Well organized, easy to explore and anytime you came up stumped just ask a nearby staff member and they were happy and eager to assist.

Food and Dining

Food and Dining was wonderful... great selections on the buffets. Formal Dining in The Lower London was excellent and food was really tasty with large variety each night. Our head waiter, FERNANDO, was a blast and always greeted us with fun smiles eager to serve us fine food.

Entertainment

GREAT! Really enjoyed LANCE MONTALTO guitar playing and standup comedy act. Also enjoyed the evening shows in the theatre and of course the Casino action. Well done.

Staff was FANTASTIC, FRIENDLY, and all were so nice and happy to have us on board. Super job to the Carnival TRIUMPH staff and the New Orleans shore based teams.

Our Panoram Deck Balcony Cabin was super! Very roomy for the 2 of us and very comfortable. Tip: Carry a small 2-4 surge strip as you will find it useful to have the additional 110v receptacles of the surge strip.

Ports of call

Cozumel, Mexico

Nice time in Cozumel... snorkeling, kayaking, beach volleyball, good time. TIPS: Pay attention to excursion cancellations and be flexible to choose another as there are many to choose from and sometimes weather forces a few to be cancelled suddenly. Just stay open minded and have a great time!

Must see ChiChen Itza Mayan ruins... really neat to visit and nice easy walking tour. The 2 hour bus ride went by fast and the bus was 1st class large touring bus very clean and very comfortable. The guide on the bus was super and shared his knowledge of the Mayans. Really interesting and worth the excursion... we booked it thru Carnival online.

Don't Miss: ChiChen Itza Mayan Ruins

Pros: Everything! Balcony Cabin, Dining, Food, Entertainment, Excursions = Great Time!

Cons: Nothing! Carnival TRIUMPH hit a home run on this one for us! Real fun, real value!
