Review summary
Our family has gone on many cruises and this one was not a dissapointment. The ship was large enough to sail smoothly. We had no motion issues. The rooms were a nice size compared to some others (we were in an interior room). The service was excellent!
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Some food was divine, other dishes were average. Lots of variety. My family enjoyed the sushi nightly and the kids ate more ice cream than could be imagined!
Entertainment
3 out of 5
Magician show was awesome. Hypnosis show was OK. Cruise director was excellent. He made evrything enjoyable!
We went cave tubing. Although it takes a long time to get to the caves (1 1/2 hour air conditioned bus ride and then 30 minute walk through jungle), we enjoyed it. You tube through dark caves but have lights on your helmet. Definitely not something you can do most other places!
We rode the Twister spped boats to Isla Pasion. The boat ride was very invigorating. They do 360s in the water. We all enjoyed that. Then they take you to a private beach for a mexican buffet and free drinks. There are rafts, kayaks and paddle boats for your use. We enjoyed this but though it was a littl pricey.
Instead of spending money on an excursion, we just walked over to the beach (gorgeous!!) and relaxed there. We rented rafts for $5 each and relaxed on free beach chairs underneath shaded trees.
