Overall, we enjoyed each other on the ship and really enjoyed our time in Nassau. Disappointed that we were confined to such small deck areas, and not able to use the Serenity deck.
Embarkation

Great, Smooth and easy.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
We ate and ate and ate. Several different options, but the marketplace buffet staff on the last 2 days wasn't very nice.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
We really enjoyed the comedy show, the piano show, and the live bands throughout the ship. However, most of our cruise, we were not allowed to go above the Lido deck. There were children everywhere and no place to just be around adults. Super disappointing. I was feeling anxious with the rocking of the ship and just wanted to see the water. We were not allowed on any decks, other than the Lido, until the last day; they opened up 1 side of Deck 3 for smokers, and when we arrived in Charleston, they allowed us back on deck 11 and 12.
Entertainment

We absolutely loved the Piano Bar, the live bands, and the Comedy shows. Definitely would like to see more! The days at Sea, there wasn't much going on, which was disappointing, considering we were confined to small areas.
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
our Room Steward, Arnold was phenomenal; we didn't need much from him, but he was excellent about checking in and asking if we did. He also did a great job at cleaning our room. We loved our little towel figurines. Our waiter in the Sunrise Restaurant was not very nice and would not let us order once one of our party said she needed just a minute, to go on to the next. He was rather rude. The staff in the marketplace buffet area was very nice until the last 2 days, they were extremely rude and even yelled at some of the passengers that were asking questions about food.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
For the most part but there was vomit on the elevators and dirty tables on the last couple of days.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Great! Arnold kept it very clean and we expected the cabin to be small but were surprised of how cozy it was.
Ship tip
If you are looking for more of an adult atmosphere, don't do Sunshine; there were alot of kids.
The ship cancelled our day at PRincess Cay, they said the island staff said they could not facilitate our visit, yet they had other ships visit. The ship did not accommodate our day at sea very well. Not many activities onboard except for kid activities.
Absolutely horrible. 3000 passengers all trying to get off the boat, the disembark plan was not working. Our ship was late to the port and things went down hill. Elevators were turned off and you couldn't even access the stairs because there were so many passengers with luggage, stuck on the stairs, on all of the decks near the elevators, especially on deck 5. When we finally made it to deck 3, passengers were pushing, staff wasn't helping, there were 0 announcements.
