Cruise was great. Booking did not go well. We booked with a certain code to get fees paid with price and they changed code on us and we had fees. Sad that they can get away with that. For this reason we are thinking of cruising elsewhere moving forward. Bummer, as we preferred carnival before this.

We love main dining room but noticed quite a few rude servers. Never had the same server. Never complain about a server- this is my first time ever so it was pretty bad.

Great club. Supervision wasn't heavy but my kids were in the middle age group, 12-14 so I trust them to behave and not be monitored all the time. Many kids in that group should have stayed with their parents though. Poor behavior.

Great room steward and most bartenders were wonderful. Coffee shop staff was the BEST! Casino bartenders could use some manners.

The layout was nice with the king on the far wall and the pullmans in an L shape. Plenty of room for a family of 4 that spends most of vacay exploring the ship.
Ship tip
Eat in the havana bar area once you get your buffet plate. Great view, less crowded.
Your invoice should have been in the little mail slot outside your door when you left on the last day. The same place your sail and sign card was when you got on. Maybe you just missed it. Some room Stewart's slide them under the door some put them in the mail slot.
