An expensive and lousy experience. The staff, with the exception of our great room steward, seem to have a serious morale problem. The officers seemed to want to be somewhere else. I did not feel welcome or well served. The halls were often noisy.

Food was uniformly mediocre to poor, except vegetables were generally good. Meats were tough. The dining rooms we tried were all poor, with prepackaged meals indifferently served. On one night in the Sunrise room, the service and food was terrible - the food was wrong, the drinks took nearly an hour to arrive, and the beer exploded in foam when opened. The wine was served without wineglasses. The meal took two and a half hours. Horrible.

The layout of the ship is terrible. The deck maps beside the elevators are inaccurate. You can't walk along a single deck to get to your destination, you must either choose the correct elevator of go up and down stairs. Very annoying. The STAIRWAYS ARE TOO SMALL FOR AN EMERGENCY.

Sailed on it twice once from port Canaveral and again after they moved it to Charleston SC and we had a great time sorry your cruise wasn't as enjoyable as ours thank you for sharing
We sailed on the Sunshine in 2015, we loved it so much that we are going on her again in 2024 and 2025, it's sad to hear that someone had a bad experience.
