It was nice to be in 1 space and not have to drive anywhere but it was entirely too crowded and wasn’t very enjoyable because of that.

Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Guys burgers, pizza, buffet and ice cream were great! Love the popcorn during movie nights. Dining room was a major let down!! We only went twice and decided to eat the buffet the other 2 nights. Food came out on what looked like hospital trays where they remove the brown lid and serve you. Food was maybe warm - definitely not hot. You can tell they just have them sitting in the back waiting on someone to order it. I got a cheese tray and the cheese had been on the plate so long it was stuck and had to be scraped off with my fork. Didn’t eat any of it. Just really disappointing when you take the time to get all dressed up - kinda expect the food to match.
Onboard Activities

We enjoyed the casino, movie nights with popcorn and live music.
Pools- what pools???? There were so many people on the ship compared to the pool space. My group of 3 went on this cruise to lay in the sun and relax and hop in the pool when we got too hot. There were so many people in every pool/whirl pool that you couldn’t even get in. How can you expect people to sit out in the very hot sun and enjoy the outdoor activities all day and not provide appropriate space to cool off? There’s plenty of pool chairs, plenty of dining space, plenty of casino space but the pools were pathetic and it really changed our opinions on cruising again. When we did choose to go try and lay out in the sun the only way to cool off was in the showers. At one point there was a line at the shower of people doing the same thing - cooling off because there was no pool space.

DJs and live music were great!
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Every employee we walked passed said hello or asked if we needed anything. Very nice, helpful and welcoming! Our stateroom attendant (Mon) was AMAZING! She even remembered all our names which I thought was extremely sweet and personal considering how many other rooms (and people) she took care of and had to remember.

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was clean just so small. I didn’t love that there was a “cooler” in the room rather than a refrigerator. It was the size of a mini fridge - since we brought our own can drinks it would have been nice to be able to get them cold in the room.
Was not organized at all. They tried to be but there were so many people it was hard to control. Our floor was supposed to be the first to disembark and we chose to carry our luggage off. We left our room 15 min early and there were already hundreds of people in line and getting off the ship.
Thank you for a meaningful review. Note however that pools and cruise ships don't really go together due to pure physics, the weight of water and that weight needing to be at the top of the ship. A pool centric vacation would need to be a land based vacation.
