Review summary

We are platinum, so we have been on many cruises. This was a nice cruise. Just so very tired of the smoking! The Casino, and anywhere near it was horrible! I just wish Carnival would offer a non smoking cruise! I don’t know why they don’t! I know it would fill up. It just ruins it for me, I like to gamble, but can’t stand the smoke! They need to stay in Bermuda longer! Also they have cut back on so much. Sad.

Worst experience ever! We are platinum, so we went where we were told and there were so many people who were not platinum, everyone just crammed in the halls! It was ridiculous.Worst experience ever!

You may have not been aware when you booked, but this was an Ultra cruise which meant they invited about 400 or 500 frequent casino players. I high percentage of us folks are also platinum so the number of platinum and diamonds was unusually high. The platinum disembarking wait was much more crowded than normal, but I've had much much worse.

The Paradise used to be smoke free and I guess they didn't sell enough cruises. That was many years ago, I wish they would try again. We avoid the casino completely. Even go down or up a level to go to the dining room, just to avoid the casino. I wish they still had the promenade walkway that avoided the casino. Now most every ship you have to go right through to get to the other ends.
