Review summary

Overall Nice Cruise the food in the MDR was the best I have had on any cruise. friendly staff, and nice Serenity. The ship in some areas are old and outdated( cabins, production areas, limelight lounge) and some are new and nice. Ship was very warm mostly and had good entertainment.

Areas where kept clean but the Limelight, and Production location is to small outdated and not appealing..

This was the worst cabin I ever got the cabin was hot and refrigerate barely got cold and didn't work well, had to order 3 extra buckets of ice to keep meds and drinks cold the entire cruise.. Room was old and outdated carpet old stains every where and sink was backed up with black yup in it.. Got the steward Three shared our cabin we did not feel cramped.

Make the best of your vacation things will not be perfect. Enjoy and have fun...

Horrible the worst ever. No direction, no guidance we where all packed in a large room like cattle. Waited outside to be let in extreme hot. No Shelter people that was working there did not have a clue to anything where to park etc. They really need to work on the process there. People are coming to enjoy there vacation and this is the beginning of it. Horrible...
