Review summary

Overall, I had a great cruise! I really enjoyed the spa treatments and the thermal suites, relaxing on the adult serenity deck, getting dressed up for the Captain’s Ball and listening to Adam the cruise director for those fun party nights in the Atrium. Also, those late night comedy shows!

Our room steward McClain was good. Had problems with the linen and bathroom he handled it. The waiters staff, no problems good experiences with them.

Layout was a bit confusing to some places like the Sunrise or Sunset restaurant. Overall things like well-maintained.

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was small but comfortable for 2 people. First thing I noticed hair on my pillow😠and we started smelling an order from the bathroom room. Also, I ordered the birthday pack as a surprise for my husband 50th birthday the cake was delivered with no decorations, towel or picture frame. I had to let guest services know, it was corrected but took away from the moment.

Loved the shops and music downtown. We did the Balmoral Island excursion. It was nice. It rained so it wasn’t hot. Also loved the lunch and drink deal...the conch fritters were delicious😋

Great review...only thing I have a slight issue with and I would like to point out is... You gave HMC 4 stars because it was hot! LOL You do realize...it's summer time in the tropics 😁... I'm in Ohio and we just had a 3 day stretch of almost 100°. HMC is beautiful and yes it's hot...but how misserable would it be to go to that beautiful beach if it we covered in monsoon rain or snow 💕❤
