The food was good. The entertainment was fabulous but the ship was too crowded and not a smooth ride
Embarkation
2 out of 5
The embarkment was a bit confusing and chaotic. There weren’t enough staff to direct the crowds to where they were going. When we got to the cabin the steward was annoyed because he wasn’t finished with the cabin. We were told to go to the buffet after we went to the cabin but it was a full boat. That means 3000 people trying to use three elevators. They were six elevators but three were only used for luggage. That made it very very hard to move the hoards of people trying to go to the buffet. Once there more lines to wait on and no tables. They were all being used. We eventually got a table and were exhausted. Not fun!
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Dining Room staff were amazing. But I also think they were short handed. They had just enough time to put down your plate down and run. They were very hard working people but couldn’t come back to you as they should have. The food was delicious and had a variety of simple foods and exotic choices which I enjoyed.
Onboard Activities

I was into relaxing on deck which is what I did most of the time if I could find a vacant lounge chair. Once found, you didn’t want to leave it for fear it would be taken. People were everywhere. And they also was looking for lounges. That said, they had water slides and games for the little ones. The after dinner shows were spectacular. Every thing you would expect of Broadway. Light effect, visual effects, and great talent!! Late nite shows were comedy shows. Very entertaining. And there were dance parties though out the ship. All nite pizza place was a lot of fun also. But not without the lines. And if your going to the shows you must wait on line to get in and hope you get a decent seat. That part was always frustrating to me. I guess you can say it’s worth the wait.

Very comfortable cabin. Not too small there were closets enough for my husband and my clothes and all our essentials. They were very attentive. My cabin was always clean
Ship tip
The ship is old! That said it still was very clean. But the stabilizer equipment on the ship was not working so we felt every wave and swell. Because of this they had to slow down the usual speed. So it caused an excessive amount of stress for connecting flights and such. We were 2 hours late. And they had to change course so we didn’t make our last port. We were diverted to Amber Cove instead. Disappointed!!
We had to be out of our cabin by 8:30am. Disembarkation took hours. We waited in the halls. Very uncomfortable and warm. Because of the ships problems, we were very pressed for time. And our transportation to the airport was all messed up. Lots of lines and crowds. We should have been able to wait in our cabin until our floor was called to disembark. Just my opinion
Sailed on her back in May 2017 it was busy but never felt overcrowded or anything just a cruise ship thousands of people and staff bound to be a little crazy.
We sailed in Dec and we had wind the first few days but that is out of everyone's control. It def didn't affect our trip. I didn't find the ship crowded at all. Yes there were lots of people in the atrium during trivia or at the shows or deck parties but that is to be expected with 3000 people on a ship. We also had to be out of cabin by 830am so they can start prep for the next passengers which I understand. They have about 4-5hrs to turn thr cabins around for thr next passengers which isnt a lot of time. We had a 2hr wait to get the ship but we went to Lido and had breakfast to help pass the time. That way we had a place to sit & relax. Despite the wait it still went smoothly. There were numerous places to wait & those were announced several times by Lee the cruise director, you didn't have to be in the halls just standing around.
