I love Carnival so far. Already have my 5th booked. This trip was not a good representation though. It was boring and the change in iteneraiy was fustrating. It was my sisters 1st and might be her last. I still say give Carnival another chance

Oh no! A bunch of my family and I will be sailing on Sunshine November 4th, 2017. I pray they are in a better mood by then! :/. Sorry they were so rude! That sucks!

Have been on the Sunshine twice and have had a ball each time. So many different food venues. Havana Bar is to die for. Three deck Serenity area is great and adults only. Have been on 15 Carnival cruises and find the staff to be the best on the seas. A cruise is what you make of it!!!!!!!!!😎😎Always treat the staff the way you want to be treated!!!

We were on the Sunshine in May....no complaints!! The food and servers were great...our cabin steward was great...cleaned our cabin twice a day...the Cruise Director was great!! Lots of fun on the Sunshine!! ❤

We had the same experience with the crew members and we asked a few how long they'd been on. It happened to be many of their last cruise before going home for a few months. They were tired.

I enjoyed the Sunshine last year. Our biggest issue was trying to board because they were switching crew members and they had to go through customs. It had just come out of dry dock.

I cruised Sunshine last year and love it. Only complaint I had was my room steward. He kept my room clean but not friendly at all. I have 2 more cruises booked on her and can’t wait! 18 more days to go!

Just for balance we cruised on the sunshine in sept, 2016 and loved it. The crew was great and we had no complaints. I realize that was over a year ago so much of the crew might have moved on to other ships. It’s a really neat ship and I hope you enjoy it.

That is so disappointing to hear. I’m sailing that ship next month. So sorry you had a bad experience, especially for your vacation. I would definitely let Carnival know about it, so hopefully they can improve things. Unfortunately, there is is probably someone in a high position on the ship that is leading less than well & bringing morale down.
