The only disappointment was we were supposed to be in port for 2 nights - we were unable to enjoy time at the beach due to the ship having to pull anchor "due to operational considerations" and sail out at 5pm and dock again in the morning.

The team we had at the main dining room were wonderful - Many thanks to Inyoman Surjaya-Hari Karyawan and John Reinz for a wonderful experience.
The buffet was good always refilled.
The pizza station was nice but not readily available - it could take up to 20 mins to get pizza.
Onboard Activities

Played shuffleboard on one of the sea days. The hot tubs were a bit crowded but once available relaxing
Entertainment

The dance team did a great job with the many venues they had. The DJ's kept the beat going and the guests that wanted to dance moving.
Emma our Cruise Director was exceptional!! She did a great job engaging people and keeping the activity level up.

Service and Staff

Everyone was friendly and courteous. From the time we were able to enter our rooms Johnny was there to greet us. He made sure on a daily basis everything was good and asked if we needed anything.
Again as mentioned above our team in the main dining room Inyoman Surjaya-Hari Karyawan and John Reinz were wonderful.
Ship Quality

The ship was very clean and well maintained.
My only complaint is that you would have to walk through the casino to get through from the back to front of the ship. Being this is a smoking area we would constantly have to either run through holding our breath or divert to another floor and come back down. I also was not able to spend time in the casino due to the smoking.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was well maintained and cleaned daily. The room stewards did a wonderful job keeping the room clean and turning the blankets at night. I also loved the towel animals daily.
Ship tip
If you have Emma as your cruise director you are in for a great time.
That was the one one thing that bummed us out about the cruise as well, that and the transportation being down on the only full day we were in port too. We still managed to do and see a lot, though:)
