Poor value for money---Carnival needs to improve their quality of food, service and cleanliness. I have been on other cruise lines and this one is not worth the money.

Poor quality food--Room service sent spoiled milk twice to the room---with a small child this was a MAJOR problem---Also, it was difficult to get milk (not available at bar or cafe)

The ship was not well maintained--shattered glass on door by pool area--bathrooms had a urine smell---upholstery was stained on chairs (disgusting) and dirty carpets in main areas
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin had ripped vinyl curtains and damaged furniture--I asked for the curtains and table to be replaced ---The steward was nice enough to replace them, but the replacement curtains were still ripped--Furniture had damage to wood and needed repair

Don't waste your money--Other cruise lines are better for the money. Poor value for price.
VERY EXPENSIVE for Atlantis shore excursion--was NOT given lunch although I paid $230 dollars and no one at resort had any idea what I was talking about----Food stand at Atlantis would not except cash and my child wanted something to drink and eat--Had to give a women money she could charge it to room or credit card--Excursion desk was closed for duration of cruise so could not get refund---
Loved the ☀️ going again next summer! But in the mean time, I'll have to settle for the Ecstasy in Jan bc it's a quick trip to Charleston- but.. it's still a cruise 😂
Afrikap we were in the same cruise (11/11/16) and I loved it as well. Great experience! …………. We tried the four specialty restaurants. They were good, but wasn't necessary. They had great free food options. My favorites were Guy's burgers 🍔, blueiguana cantina & the appetizers in the Havana bar. The taste bar had great snacks as well. The dining room was a hit or miss. I can't speak on the buffet because I only had it at breakfast or midnight. I have no idea about their lunch or dinner buffet. There was too many lunch options for me to trying everything in 7 days. I would love to take a 10-14 day cruise on the Sunshine. .....…. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy it. 😕
Well it must have went downhill because I am with terri845. So many people on our cruise were so disappointed as well. I was in a room without AC for my entire vacation. The hub was not accurate and I missed shows. Very unorganized. Staff was amazing. Met very nice people. I wouldn't sail the sunshine again either.
Huh? I was on the sunshine a couple years ago during a journeys cruise. Hands down best cruise we have ever been on. Of course Jamie (CD) helped. I'm surprised you didn't have a good time
I was on the Sunshine last year and love it the food and everything else..... I have enjoy every cruise I taken.... to me it was worth it... every one is so didferent😀
Well I been 25 cruises... small one and the biggest oasis of the Sea.... Different one
