Review summary

Overall I was disappointed with how many lines we had to wait in, I was glad when the trip was over. Poor weather made the hot tubs full of kids and we spent a lot of money on gratuities.

This took 2 HOURS! I have a 2 year old and there is no shorter line for parents with small children. Not a good start to our vacation.

Again wait in line for a buzzer then go down stairs wait in another line, by the end of the trip I was so sick of waiting in lines! I waited 45 minutes once for Asian food, poor design.

I couldn't find anything I would be interested in that didn't cost money, I spent enough on this trip as it is!

Loved camp carnival, staff did a great job making my daughter feel welcome. Though there wasn't any shows onboard she would sit for.

IF YOU DON'TLIKE KIDS, do not sail during summer vacations, spring break or holidays!!!!!!

Sorry you did not have a good time. We have travelled with our kids (now ages 6 and 14) since they were very young. We've waited in long lines before and know what it is like. It would be hard for cruise lines to have a special line for families with children since that would apply to such a large amount of the travelers. Can I suggest, if you were willing to cruise again on Carnival, to purchase Faster to the Fun? We will be on Carnival Sunshine in two weeks and purchased it. We have used it for our last two Carnival Cruises and, even though they recently raised the price, it is worth every penny. Special line just for Faster to the Fun and Carnival Diamond and Platinum travelers.
