I never saw the room steward, rooms were always done late. As for the room service I would have to say it was the worst thing ever!!!! I ordered room service every night mind you we have two room with kids, I never received my food, my bad just one day out of 8 I did get it.. I think it was very bad!!!

sorca2 I had the same experience on the sunshine as well as other family memebers with us. I have been on three other carnival ships and this is the first time I have ever had bad service in the dining room, family members had no hot water all week or air another family member had her toilet break and flood her room. I just feel the sunshine is too old of a ship and way to over crowded.

QUITE THE CONTRARY. Have always had the best service on ALL Carnival ships, with no exceptions.

until it happens to you.. you just can't explain it. different ship same experience. I'm giving Carnival one more shot. 45 before taking our order at dinner.. 2 nights in a row we finally just ate on the lido. some times shit happens.. our bathroom was beyond disgusting.

Lack of attention? And why was dinner always being late? If you had anytime dining then you have quite a wide berth to eat dinner, usually its between 530-930. What lack of service from your steward? If you are going to complain, then maybe be a bit more specfic.

Usually high ranking areas on the Sunshine. But obviously not what you experienced.
