Review summary

Overall it was a great experience! A lot of people who had cruised before said the food on the carnival Sunshine was just okay compared to other cruises they had been on. We agreed. Entertainment was great. Need more shows & activities for older teenagers. More time needed in Bermuda. We will cruise again!

Dining room food was mediocre. My diet is restricted of gluten, dairy, corn, & soy so it was very hard to have alternate options. Drinks were excellent, especially from the Alchemy bar!

Need more for older teenagers (16-18). My stepdaughters thought the activities for their age group was too little kiddish.

My 16 & 18 year old stepdaughters didn't enjoy the kid club for their age group & there wasn't many other activities for them that weren't little-kiddish.

Food allergies are no joke. If you let your waiters know, there can be alternative items not on the menu. Carnival has always been very good to my family members with issues.
