I've dons RCCL like 4 times, Disney twice. I hadn't heard lots of good things on carnival but timing and $$ had me explore it. I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone in my group likes the food options, ship, shoes and staff. The only opportunity was the specialty restaurants. Also the layout was confusing with sunset and sunrise restaurants being different sides of ship. Then you had to go up to get down...stuff like that. Pictures are crazy price. They could reduce them By 50% and still make the same or more money. Instead, they toss them. It's a great opportunity for guests to share their pics and cruise memories...recommendations

There was nothing extraordinary. The lady said the credit card didn't save to my kids accounts. She couldn't help me there, said I had to go to guest services. Could be good to see how to incorporated that up front. We parked our car there. I appreciate that our bags were taken in the parking lot and vacation could officially start! Parking was pretty good and easy. My inlaws hired a ride because they were nervous that they couldn't reserve a parking spot ahead of time.

Main dining room - outstanding food and service. Specialty restaurants were disappointing. The menu and experience were OK. In the steakhouse, you have nice ambience. Service was ok. I tried to get 2 appetizers and was advised I'd have to give up my salad. Salad was 4 large romaine leaves w a mediocre Cesar dressing. I'm not sure why they couldn't let that go...a couple of us had shrimp scampi and lobster. All of prefer these cooked a bit longer. Italian place was hugely disappointing...for the $15 pp cover, you'd expect more. Very limited menu...the meatballs were mediocre. I'd suggest to just make this a buffet or no cover charge. Mongolian wok was ok; limited flavors for sauce.
Buffets were great, guys burgers fabulous, Mexican taco and burritos were spectacular.

Comedy club-great; welcome aboard show -ok, epic rock show-fabulous! Bingo was 4 out of 5; trivia 4 out of 5,. Pool way overcrowded and slides were closed last day. Love and marriage show cute. Wish I would have tried dancing...wish there was more vegas style shows. But the entertainment met the needs for my diverse travel companions.

Don't go to the specialty restaurants. Don't get the soda packages.
Digital pictures are now on the Vista & Vista Class ships. Also heard they are adding digital pictures to the Breeze when she goes into dry dock this year!
I would think they would find a better way to obtain the pics. Digital and let people view them on their cabin tv and then order what they want. I agree its a huge waste of paper that if people dont buy is just tossed, unless they recycle them.
