Very disappointed in the way the staff handled the complaint of paint fumes in our cabin. We will not ever step on the Sunshine again, given the experience. We had mild headaches from the fumes and lost use of the room on the 6th day. The 10% discount was laughable. Called customer service a few days later, but once again, it was pointless.

First day onboard, I noticed the faint smell of paint (primer). It was enough to ignore, but still enough to remain questionable.

The food was just...ok. The addition of Guy Fieri's Burger bar was a great way to break up the buffet line. The ice-cream machines were great for a late night snack. The food was good, but nothing worth bragging about.
Onboard Activities

Enjoyed the casino and the comedy show. Our son won an I-Pod from the arcade...that was a pleasant surprise. The shopping information was helpful also (shopping show). The kids enjoyed the teen club onboard.

Our housekeeper was great.. but he quit the third day into the cruise!
Yes, he was replaced, but we had some small items (sunglasses) come up unaccounted for.. (?) glad they were knock-offs! (didnt bother to complain because of the paint/primer smell (see above)).

The layout was good, everything seemed clean and crew was always hard at work. The pools were definetly too small.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was kept clean, kids had bunk beds and we had a queen bed. Nice during the day to rest because there were no windows! ( for 3 days we had paint fumes from the ventilation system).
Ship tip
Dont go on this ship. The other ships will probably be better, this one was a big disappointment!
The tubing and ziplining excursion was "Unbelizeable"!!! Had a great time! Well organized staff. Enjoyed the tour of the city on the way to the tubing, our guide gave a great narrative.
