Not my best cruise, not my worst. The most important thing was that I had fun. Your vacation is what you make of it. You can always find something to do just be open minded and have a positive attitude.

Embarkation went as expected. Long lines, moved pretty quickly, just have patience.

Food and Dining

Limited food choices. MDR would often serve half the table. So some people would be eating appetizers, while others were being served entrees. Staff seemed way over worked but always friendly.
Onboard Activities

Plenty of activities to keep you busy. Water slides, Rope Course, Magic Workshop. I didn't use the pool but the kids loved it. Really enjoyed watching movies under the stars at the Dive in.
Entertainment

Carnival dancers and musicians were fabulous. I really enjoyed the Rock show. Punch line Comedy Club is always great. But I feel Carnival relies on it too much to provide entertainment for the guests. So there isn't enough variety of things to watch. For ALL shows make sure you get there early for a decent seat.

My kids did not participate in the camp.
Service and Staff

Most staff is very helpful and cheerful. Bartenders and bar staff were not as friendly.

Ship is very well kept. Just seemed a bit overcrowded.

The main thing about the Sunshine is to get to everything early! Shows, dining, etc.
