Review summary
I would never recommend any time dining for any guest. The staff was extremely rude in the dining and the children never received kids menus or any entertainment. I've made calls and talked to guest services and from what I can see so far nothing will be done. I do not see myself cruising with Carnival again . On the last day of the cruise I broke my toe into my foot and was not even able to get ice. My husband had to go to the drink station get me ice and and wrap it in a washcloth. My disappointment is deep and I've never had this type of treatment with Carnival and never thought I would.

Ouch, you broke your toe and you didn't say how you managed to do that. But, hey. Did you have insurance? Because you did, you would have been able to have it looked at while in board.
Everyone wants to have a great time on a cruise but I fail to understand why it's up to Carnival to provide the type of entertainment each and every individuals feels they are untitled to.
I'm sure your toe hurts but you could have very well broken that same toe during a land vacation.

The Sunshine is our favourite ship so far, and we had a fantastic time in March aboard her. We always choose Your Time Dining and found the entire staff to be really friendly, always smiling and greeting us.
As for your toe - are you aware that there is a medical facility onboard the ship? Did you ask any of the bartenders for ice? They would have lots, as would room service and the doctor/nurse.
Hopefully you will give Carnival another chance - they really are a fun Cruiseline.
