Review summary

The Sunshine is one of our favorite ships. It is small enough to navigate easily and the crew is excellent. Level five is where most of the action is and one can get from point A to point B in minutes. On this trip Chris Williams was the cruise director. His energy level and talent made things even more enjoyable.

Ask for Marvin and his table crew. Outstanding service. One thing that we wish would change is the music used at dinner time. American jazz is inappropriate for dining.

The entertainers were all very talented and displayed it in each of their performances. They actually performed four times on a seven day cruise. Blended Soul was exceptional in the Ocean Plaza!!!

Carnival does an excellent job of keeping the children and teenagers busy with programs. Hardly saw them.

Love this location especially for access to the fifth level. And the insulation from possible area noise was very good.
