Review summary

This was my first cruise and carnival you might have made it my last! Absolutely the worst service I could have ever dreamed of. A complete horrible vacation, for the time and money. I have never been this disappointed in anything. Everybody talks about how cruises are the best deal for the money, I wish you could have been with me this past week. Maybe its just Carnival cruises I dont know, but I will let everyone know including the companies like Coke and Hasbro and any others I can talk to know how bad the service was on this ship.

Nice cabin and the only good service we had was from the man and woman that kept up our cabin, they were excellent! Eddie and not sure of the ladies name but they were wonderful, carnival had people like them working the rest of the ship might have had a good vacation.

I love carnival good service on the Breeze. Hopefully this ship will be good cause I am going on it in 11 days! I can't stop thinking about it. And don't say this is your last carnival cruise go on the Breeze hopefully that ship will change your mind!

The sunshine is horrible I am gold I sailed my first March 7th on anthem of the Seas Royal Caribbean the most worst cruise I've ever had my life try the new ship that is coming out the Vista but believe me Royal Caribbean is not a good Cruise Line as far as anthem of the Seas

We have been on 14 Carnival cruises one Royal Caribbean and have never had bad service with anything. I find if you are kind to the staff no matter who they are, they bend over backwards for you. We have heard people complain about things but I think they went with the everything is bad attitude. I have heard that Celebrity cruises are for people who want to do nothing but be catered to maybe you should try that one. Me I'll stay with Carnival and continue to have wonderful experiences.

Been on Sunshine 2 times loved it each time. We have been on 11 cruises with Carnival have been happy each time hence 11 times.

Take a chill pill. I have cruised a number of times and Carnival is my fav so far. I'm trying Norwegian this weekend. Sunshine has been my favorite ship so far. I'm curious as to the truth of this review, or, I bet you are one very hard person to make happy.

I agree BN1 cruising with my 18 yr old son who will be heading off to the military. We are going to BOTH act like teenagers...sober teenagers but teeanagers

I was on the same cruise and missed all the bad times Mark experienced. Maybe If I wasn't trying to keep up with my son on the Ropes course, eating way too many pizzas and Guy Fieri burgers, enjoying the crystal clear water on Half Moon Cay or riding a Segway around Junkaroo beach in Nassau I would have seen what made Mark so mad. Sorry I enjoyed time with my family instead of complaining.

We have been on the Sunshine before and going back April 3. we had nothing but a great time. Some people complain when they get up in the morning.

I think some specifics would help us understand what you did not like about this cruise. Long lines waiting at the bar? Too many kids on board for your taste? You didn't like the way they folded the towel animals on your bed?

I've been on several Carnival & 4 RC, always had a great time on both. Long as food & room are good, I'm ok. Some things I've overlooked like other people rudeness and bad behavior.

Why would you tell Coke and hasbro know about what goes on on the cruise, they actually have nothing to do with how the ship is. Lol. That's pointless and makes you sound like you don't know what your talking about. But everyone has their own opinions, it's not for everyone, go on a different vacation next year.

I shop at Wal-Mart and consider myself a smart shopper. We have two kids in college, and getting the best bang for our buck is a priority.. Carnival may not be for everyone, but for me and my family, it is a perfect fit of affordability, fun, and family vacation.
