Review summary
did not honor a $200 on board credit that we were promised. Then they didn’t do any of the things they said they would in the timeframe they gave, did not apply said credits during the cruise. I called 5 times, spent over 6 hours on the phone for them to give me a partial offer. I will cruise again and again but I WILL NEVER BOOK THROUGH AGAIN AND I WILL CONTINUE TO TELL ALL OUR PATIENTS, FRIENDS, AND FAMILY ABOUT HOW THEY WASTED MY TIME AND NEVER MADE GOOD ON THEIR COMMITMENTS.Embarkation
