Review summary

did not honor a $200 on board credit that we were promised. Then they didn’t do any of the things they said they would in the timeframe they gave, did not apply said credits during the cruise. I called 5 times, spent over 6 hours on the phone for them to give me a partial offer. I will cruise again and again but I WILL NEVER BOOK THROUGH AGAIN AND I WILL CONTINUE TO TELL ALL OUR PATIENTS, FRIENDS, AND FAMILY ABOUT HOW THEY WASTED MY TIME AND NEVER MADE GOOD ON THEIR COMMITMENTS.

We spent the entire day waiting in lines for the water taxi (of which there was a shortage) and we spent more than 4 hours in line for less than 75 min at the beach and they were out of food.

Grand Turk Island

We rented a golf cart and the island does not have good signage, the things that are closed down are not reflected online. There was a tremendous amount of abject poverty on the island and was hard to look at. We had to seriously question whether the tourism on grand Turk was doing more harm than good. The infrastructure and the roads and living condition should be much better with all the cruise dollars coming into the island. We did find a couple open beaches that were like a private beach and some conch fritters that were excellent.
