The spa is why I am giving this a 1 I would definitely do a negative # however I can’t! The manager & crew in the spa were very nasty!! Had an attitude with both of us(my fiancé & myself, which this was a birthday gift for him). She charged me for a service never used for the last day, cause we inquired about the service! Now reporting to my CC company for help, since no one else is able to help us out!!

Cabin was great, I usually do interior but wanted to do a balcony this time! Our steward was great she(Sunny) was very helpful, friendly & attentive! We will miss her dearly
