The spa is why I am giving this a 1 I would definitely do a negative # however I can’t! The manager & crew in the spa were very nasty!! Had an attitude with both of us(my fiancé & myself, which this was a birthday gift for him). She charged me for a service never used for the last day, cause we inquired about the service! Now reporting to my CC company for help, since no one else is able to help us out!!

Cabin was great, I usually do interior but wanted to do a balcony this time! Our steward was great she(Sunny) was very helpful, friendly & attentive! We will miss her dearly

I avoid the spa. It’s not enjoyable when someone tries to hard sell you on overpriced products available in the spa☹️

Never use the spar on a cruise ship. They are notorious for being overly aggressive on selling, overcharging and being overpriced.

Spa's are managed by contracted companies such as Elemis, Canyon Ranch etc. If you were charged for services not rendered you should have went to guest services. I know this because I too had an issue once on a ship and that's the response I got.
